Discover how T-T Pumps’ product portfolio continues to evolve to deliver complete liquid management solutions
With more than 67 years of experience in developing products and systems for liquid management, T-T Pumps (T-T) is the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer, supplier, and installer of pumps, controls, valves, pumping stations, and agricultural equipment. Over a year after the company’s last feature in Manufacturing Today, we catch up with Ben Nash, Sales Director.

“After achieving over 12 percent growth last year, we are continuing to expand, with projections of approximately 20 percent growth this year. In the last couple of years, we have significantly expanded our operations through the acquisition of a renowned electronics company called Hawker Electronics (Hawker), which produces level equipment and contingency probes for the water and waste industry. It was in June 2025 that we took on the business, along with its intellectual property and design. This acquisition opens up a substantial new market within the water and waste sector and supports our growth in exports. Although exports slowed right down due to the pandemic and Brexit, we are seeing a recovery, and we anticipate around 20 percent growth in exports over the next 2 years,” Ben begins.
Following the acquisition of Hawker, which now operates as a dedicated division under the name T-T Hawker Electronics, T-T has significantly broadened its product portfolio with the introduction of a brand new range of solutions. This encompasses the launch of new pumps and valve models, as well as a full range of above-ground pumping stations, including the partially launched Trojan collection. Furthermore, T-T released the Pluto range of BBA-approved below-ground pumping stations. The company has also extended its selection of valves to include larger knife gate and plug valves, specifically designed for the wastewater and sewage industries, along with actuated valves suited to water company applications.
In addition to the acquisition, 2025 was marked by impressive growth. Ben goes on to explain the factors behind this success. “Our growth has been driven by both our dedicated team and our focused supply chain. As a complete solution provider, we offer pumping stations and systems that come fully equipped with control panels, pipework, valves, installation, and repair services, delivering a comprehensive package from start to finish. This includes everything from the pumps and piping to all mechanical and electrical components. We also provide installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance. For our customer base, this complete solution offers peace of mind, value for money, and the security that their investment is well-protected, thereby driving our success for many years.”

Innovation, investment, and future development
With 2026 well underway, T-T has even more offerings and developments in store for the rest of the year. “We are in the process of signing off a new range of drainage pumps, creating models for an expanded range and developing new molds for a larger selection of above-ground pumping stations. We have also designed and produced a new cleaning system in-house. This year, our investment program is set to be greater than the total investments we have made in the past two or three years as we look to expand our facilities. Indeed, we are seeking permission to add a new production building alongside our existing setup of five bays and two buildings so that we can carry on increasing our volumes.
“Additionally, we are focused on launching the new Trojan line and an extended range of valves. Alongside that, our Libra Midi control panel is being prepared for launch. This upcoming product is a sophisticated control board panel designed for single and dual pump systems and is capable of operating on multiple level control platforms. We are also enhancing Libra Midi with our Seer solution, a virtual monitoring system that tracks pumping systems and more. In fact, almost anything can be physically monitored with Seer, it is just like having a virtual engineer on site at all times of day and night. This virtual engineer monitors operations continuously, providing real-time insights regarding what is happening on site, with a specific focus on the correct operation of the system, from anywhere in the world. By using Seer in conjunction with the Libra range, our clients no longer need to have as many personnel on site, which saves them time, energy, and resources while enabling them to easily identify potential environmental issues or system failures that could lead to major incidents,” Ben ends.
T-T’s momentum over the past year is not just a reflection of strong growth figures, but rather the result of a business steadily broadening its range of solutions to meet customer needs. Bringing Hawker into the fold has empowered the company to deliver real depth in electronics and level control, while new pumping stations, pump ranges and heavier-duty valves are opening doors across water and wastewater applications. With major investments lined up to increase capacity and foster new innovations, T-T is reinforcing the value of end-to-end delivery, reliability and lifecycle support, positioning itself for sustained, scalable growth.
